We have been with Guardian Property Services for four years. Primarily as a home watch service, as we are only in Delaware 4-5 months a year. Specifically, checking the house bi-weekly, running the water, checking for leaks, walking the property, driving the car, etc… If any issues are found, they are taken care of. If the security company calls them, they go out to check the house property and reset the alarm. Guardian has also done home improvement projects for us over the years… replacing a deck, painting, installing a shower, planting trees, etc. They stand behind their work and, pricing is fair. The Guardian team is trustworthy and professional, with integrity and honesty… a big deal when they are going in and out of your house when you are not there.”
